The Orange Pi 3B is a new single-board computer (SBC) powered by the Rockchip RK3566 and up to 8 GB of RAM. The board has plenty of storage options onboard too, including M.2 Key M for PCIe 2.0 storage. The Orange Pi 3B starts at US$30 and is available with or without eMMC flash storage.

This thing could potentially rock.  On the bottom I see eDP... If it's a universal eDP connector that can output any resolution to any laptop LCD screen, then the device rocks!
