Lepow DualViews is hyped as many types of portable monitor in one

Lepow calls its latest portable monitor the DualViews, as it allows the user to connect not just one but two extra screens to a range of devices. They can be stacked vertically above a laptop for a particularly tall multi-tasking experience, or present information to others thanks to a convertible-like hinged build. Not only that, but one of the DualViews' screens is to have touchscreen functionality.

It is possible to use this 2nd monitor as external one? for example: first screen normal windows background,
2nd display - external PC connected (via usb-c or hdmi) and play the games on this ones?

Thx.

There's a point where 'portable transitions to 'what the hell?' and this seems to have done that.

Where exactly are you going to find space to set up a bizarre frankenstinian mess like that when you're out on the road.. and why? and if you're at home, what's the point of portable monitors when you could just set up two regular ones and a dock?

This feels like someone's missed the whole point of a portable system.

I wish they were more specific on their specs. Its 60hz (so basic) and its 'bright', 'bright enough' but couldn't find any actual brightness spec.  It also is unclear if the touch screen is BOTH monitors or only one of them. They are also unclear on the pen technology used.

As for usage, while others have posted they don't see a use for it, I've wanted something like this for years. I work and play where I am, not tied to a desk. Being able to prop these up next to my notebook in various configurations would be extremely useful for coding, DTP work and multitasking.
