After releasing the RX 7600 and the RTX 4060 Ti, AMD and NVIDIA are expected to follow the boards up with more cost-effective cards such as the RX 7500, and the RTX 4050. Per a new report by RedGamingTech, the RX 7500 and the RTX 4050 could have multiple SKUs differentiated solely by the amount of VRAM and the resulting lower MSRPs.

Toasty

If these prices are what they actually launch with, the entire Radeon lineup is going to be a complete flop.

$399 for a 7600 XT when the 7600 is already over priced at $279?

$480 and $529 for the 7700/XT with only 12GB when it will be competing with a $500 4060Ti with 16GB?

The 7800XT might have a chance at $580 as long as it delivers on performance targets, but that's only compared to the 4070 which is a horrible buy at $600.

7900XT still needs a $750 MSRP. 7900XTX needs a $900 MSRP (although some partner cards are already available for that price).

Everything below the 7800xt is doomed at these current price targets.

no logic

There is no logic behind the prices of AMD's cards. This leak makes no sense and probably is based on older information. Those prices could make sense if RDNA3 was much better performing than RDNA2, but as we have seen already, RDNA3 is NOT working, offering more or less the same performance as RDNA2. That's why AMD dropped the price of RX 7600 to at least much perf/$ with RX 66x0/XT models.

Anonymousgg

Looks like another junk leak from RedGamingTech. Wasn't it already reported that RX 7600 uses the full die, at 32 CUs?

Just put 16 GB on the RX 7600 XT, bump the price up to $350, and call it a day. For RX 7500 and lower, do whatever and get the prices as low as possible.
