Dell's latest Latitude 5000-series laptops boast 13th Gen Intel processors. Additionally, Dell focused on sustainability with the manufacture of these machines, increasing its use of recyclable plastics by up to 64%.

That is not the cooling for a 5440, that is from the 5430 and older.  They upgraded the cooling to support the P series of processor.
