A Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign for the LUCIIDA motorized wheel conversion kit is underway. The kit includes a rear wheel with an integrated 250 W motor and an LCD screen. The motor provides a top speed of 32 kph (~20 mph), and the battery allows you to travel up to 130 km (~81 miles).

Why risk your money on a kickstarter project when such products are already available elsewhere for a similar price and months of feedback from previous users that tackled the engin/battery issues already?
