Instead of fearing the IT market recession, Samsung will embrace it to expand its market share by slashing prices of its DRAM chips. Not only that, but similar to other recessionary for the IT industry periods, Samsung will use the time for production capacity expansion.

This is interesting considering they just said they're raising SSD (or possibly NAND, don't remember) prices.
