NVIDIA releases fix for blank screen issues when booting GeForce RTX 4080 and GeForce RTX 4090

NVIDIA has issued a firmware update to resolve a problem with the new GeForce RTX 4080 and GeForce RTX 4090. Rolling out via the Firmware Update Tool v1.2, the change needed could not be applied with a driver update.

The fix didn't work for me as I still have the issue

Times have changed amd drivers are better in gaming for a while, they use less cpu headroom, their recent updates made them as good as nvidia in encoding. Only in few cuda accelerated program nvidia is better. But I don't think that is going to change anytime soon. But for gaming streaming etc. AMD GPU are cheaper & efficient while providing similar performance.
