One self-described 'concerned citizen' is producing a short film aiming to promote his efforts to raise awareness about distracted driving in Tesla vehicles. The project will be giving US$100 to at least 75 social media personalities to record a short denouncing Tesla's Autopilot mode.

Elon musk is a moron. Elon musk is a rich moron. Our country thrives on giving Rich morons the power to do whatever they want. There's absolutely no way a self-driving car fully autonomous will be ready by the end of the year. I'd be surprised if it's ready by the end of the decade. But it's entirely possible he will attempt to release one anyway. And you have enough money and enough weird stupid fans that it could possibly happen and this will be an awful idea.
