Anbernic has introduced the RG353V, a closer relative of the RG353P that the company already sells. Equipped with a Rockchip RK3566 SoC and 2 GB of RAM, the Anbernic RG353V also has a 3.5-inch IPS display and should eventually be available in multiple colours.

The writer appears unaware that "portrait" orientation is vertical and "landscape" orientation is horizontal.

This device has the controls under the screen so it could be considered vertical.

Not only is this illegal - in every country outside of China, obviously... But the device itself is also just an Android phone running (unskinned!) RetroArch?

there is nothing illegal about the device. The use you might make of it may be.

There is nothing illegal about emulation or making dedicated handhelds for the purpose of emulation. The only "illegal" part is whether you download games which you do not own.

Besides, with games you cannot legally buy any more, there is a growing grey area on whether obtaining those games is illegal at all.

Please stop scaring people because in reality most people do not care, and these laws aren't even enforced.
