Lower-income or middle-class electric car buyers that are aiming for a used vehicle may benefit much easier from the unprecedented climate change bill tax credits that Senate just passed than new EV owners. Do you know of ANY Tesla evs that are more than 2 years old for a model S under 25k??? There are NONE. This bill is a joke. You can tell the morons that structured this bill no nothing about evs or what they go for.
