Tesla must be ordered to pay damages to all those who suffered from the 'misleading' names of its Autopilot and Full Self-Driving Capability features, demands the Californian DMV. It also wants Tesla's dealer license that expires on October 31 to be suspended or revoked.

Tesla should let the license lapse for California. They are already having trouble keeping up with orders. I highly doubt the hippies in Cali will remain silent for long on a ban for the most popular EV manufacturer.
