Nothing Phone (1) afflicted with multiple display issues days after launch

The recently launched Nothing Phone (1) has several issues with its display. Some users are complaining about a green tint while others noticed a dead pixel near the selfie camera. Nothing is aware of the issue and should ideally issue a fix soon.
