The Soros Fund Management, an investment vehicle of the billionaire George Soros, has acquired the so-called Note 2/0 convertible share assets of NIO. The up and coming Chinese electric car maker NIO whose cars are direct competitors to Tesla's in its home market, just had its shares upgraded to 'Buy' from 'Neutral.'
