Inexpensive Lepow C2S 15.4 portable monitor has a better kickstand than most others

The Lepow C2S offers better colors and a more reliable kickstand than other budget portable monitors we've seen. However, cut corners had to be made elsewhere to keep the price as low as it is.

Does the monitor use PWM dimming?  That would be the deal breaker for me.
