It appears Xiaomi is prepping a new, affordable tablet that will slot in beneath the Xiaomi Pad 5 series. This tablet, the Redmi Pad 5G, will also take on Realme's supposed upcoming 5G tablet.

if they can sell a downgraded mi pad 5 pro with a better SoC than realme pad. I'd buy one. the Helio G80 is too weak imo.
