Netgear has released two new mobile routers, the Nighthawk M6 and the M6 Pro. The devices are currently available to AT&T customers in the US. Netgear claims that the Nighthawk M6 Pro is the first mobile router to have Wi-Fi 6E capabilities; the gadget can support a maximum speed of 8 Gbps.

I can't find any information on the internet about how this hotspot compares to simply using my iPhone 12 as a hotspot.  The purpose is for livestreaming my kids' sporting events on YouTube for family outside the region.  I can pay $6/mo extra on my mobile account and get 50G of data.  Or I can pay $100/month plus the price of Nighthawk for 100G.  I'm willing to pay for it if the streaming quality will be significantly better than using my iPhone.  Can you run tests and compare upload/download speeds?  Thanks!

The m6 pro will provide similar quality and download speed as your iPhone.
For what you are trying to do the iPhone as a hotspot is more than enough.
