Well, since the 3090ti was supposed to sell for ~1499, and/or the non-3090 drop in price or discontinued, for an old 2020 architecture amid a refresh year, sure EVGA can make the claim that it is selling its GPU at MSRP when we already know that it's overpriced from the start.
