Members of Congress recently introduced the Stopping Grinch Bots Act. If it passes through, this piece of legislation could make it illegal for scalpers to use bots and scripts to hoard electronics for resale.

Oh, please; learn from history. Price fixing only further exacerbates supply shortages. And if someone willingly pays $3,000 for a video card, then he's getting what he wants. If you think it's hard now to find a video card at MSRP, wait until that's the only price allowed.
