Intel's own official slides present the upcoming Meteor Lake processors as its first true multi-tile consumer processors, which is clearly reflected in the CNET images where we can see a bigger compute tile with smaller SoC LP I/O and GPU tiles on each side.  A closer look, however, reveals a fourth smaller tile placed above the GPU.

Intel did the compute tile on their new process.  I believe the cnet article said this was just a test chip ... the compute tile plus something to enable testing it.  If they're doubling the EU on their embedded GPU, then there is little doubt they will be doing a shrink.  Most bets are that they'll be doing that in TSM, especially since the Ponte Vecchio compute tile apparently has the bugs worked out on the N5 process.
