It comes with 4gb ram ?

well normal w11 needs 4gb ram to work so how much did they strip w11 down ? must have been been a lot if it can work with 4gb ram?

also a lot of old computers cant run w11 but with the spec this thing comes with does this mean older computers now do have a chance by running w11 se ???

With most telemetry service consume more memory, I wonder what they could strip down. It would be the best Windows version most people actually want.

Even better on old devices with TPM bypass method, if they actually provide the ISO.

There's nothing to "strip down" (never was); only the disk footprint can be lessened.
Though it weren't for Windows 11 SE, which is a regular Windows 11, differing in one policy, as configured:
Past OOBE, apps are to be installed remotely, never by a local user.

No, that wouldn't do anything for RAM.
The least Windows 10 will consume on a machine with 4 GB of RAM, is 1.9 GB. There's no Mark Russinovich around this time to break down this number, and I'm no Mark Russiovich.
There's also no "Engineering 7" or "Building 8" blog, as there's no TechNet or MSDN anymore. No feedback regarding RAM usage was taken. "Windows Insiders" my @$$.
Now, for 11, add (mandatory) WebView2 runtime, powering your Widgets experience, and you're easily going over 2.5 GB.
