Ducati is a classic name in motorbikes; however, it also now makes electric scooters. The latest of these is rated for up to 515 watts (W) of power, and, thus, speeds of up to 25 kilometers per hour (or 15.5 miles per hour). The OEM also claims that the Pro-III is its "most technically advanced scooter" it has produced, with NFC-powered security features and USB charging for smartphones.

$1k for a Ducati ...scooter...(?). ...I would like to own this Ducati scooter......I mean, it's a scooter, but it's also a Ducati!

Horrible deal. 500 watts is nothing. My longboard has about 2500 watts and was only 700. I can also go 25mph. 15 is slow.

Ducati should be ashamed of itself. Apparently it has no clue what exactly is considered 'most technically advanced' in electric scooters. Compared to what's out there right now this Ducati Pro III is like a toy in the same league with the Xiaomi M365

For a few hundred dollars more you can get a real scooter. Astonishing they are so naive.

"Ducati" is out to lunch on their claims.... I own a Kaabo Wolf Warrior 11 that was released in 2019 and I have dual 1200W motors and 5400W of peak power. Even the xoami m365 has the one up on these clowns. Word of Advice to Ducati, if this is the kind of crap you are excited to release, just stay in bed. Don't embarrass yourself, the first thing I thought was, "if I was you, I'd be embarrased"

What a massive ripoff. You can get way more scooter for that price from other brands. A Vsett 8 costs the same and hits a top speed of 45 Km with a 600 watt motor. Ducati is basically putting themselves in the low end of the electric scooter market for both price and performance, for a brand known for being among the best at making motorbikes.
