Apple's shiny new A15 Bionic SoC made its first-ever appearance on Geekbench. Its single and multi-core scores were 1,738 and 4,799, respectively. Similarly, it scored 14,216 on Geekbench's graphics-intensive Metal benchmark.

Not really, the Exynos 2200 benchmark was in power saving mode which is about 70% of CPU speed. If we extrapolate, the Exynos should score about 1550/4800 in Geekbench ;)

Are you guys still trusting geekbench lmao iphone 12 pro max have big lead in both single core and multi core than SD 888 and xperia 1 mark 3 with SD 888 beats 12 pro max in real world test and SD 888 used only the half of cortex x1 cache size and 2.84 ghz clock speed and think what if they used the full cache size and 3.1 ghz and newly announced cortex a510 have 35% performance increased over a55 and cortex X2 have 16% performance increased over X1 and a710 also have little performance increase and only one problem Both SD 888 and EXYNOS 2100 have is the samsung 5nm node they have made, if they went with same node 12 pro max a14 bionic used it will less heat, more efficiency and increased performance. Soo lets wait and see what A15 bionic do against upcoming SD 898 in real world test and the joke is apple A15 bionic beats upcoming intel alder lake in single core and that will only happen in joke geekbench lmao

Actually that's not even the best... so all comes to the clockspeeds.

Me parece raro que en geeckbech siempre saque más puntuación por mucho los iphones pero en otros benchmarcks saque una puntuación similar o hasta peor que android

It seems strange to me that in geeckbech I always get more scores for iphones but in other benchmarcks I get a similar score or even worse than android

Call od Duty Mobile/ Modern Warships/ Rome TW just to cite sfew games that require powerful GPU.

Arch is the same ARM v8.2 but that +10% of bench is thanks to the new NPU that is more poweful than previous one, is like 888+ that has +20% perf better  thanks only to new implemented AI, cores are the same of A4, while GPU has a new arch (maybe ARM v9 to have +55%).

Hope to see M1X 6C/4c and 12C for GPU to have +55%-60% more perf to play games as GTX 1060 3GB without exaggeration with 16C of GPU.

So many games actually require a lot more power. People that say "you don't need that power" are not playing heavy games on their phones (and using heavy apps for that matter) + they don't see things into perspective - how was going iphone 6s to perform nowdays if it was not "more powerful than needed"?

I can list a lot of games that performs poorly on iphone 11 pro max and iphone 12 pro max + most of them because of the GPU.
