The Snapdragon 898 is on its way and the first GPU benchmarks of the upcoming Qualcomm chip have now been revealed. Peak performance is shown to be lower than on the Exynos 2200 but sustained performance should be similar thanks to lesser throttling.

"The A15 Bionic finished off the Manhattan 3.1 test at 198 FPS. That shows about an 8% disadvantage versus the Exynos 2200, and about a 25% drop compared to the A15 Bionic"

Might wanna re-write that.

Y'all are aware this is at best alpha hardware, tweaks could be made by all by the time they're physically released

I still want to see a TOL phone using the Exynos 2200 side by side comparison. A fully loaded model, with both Snapdragon and Exynos, Military grade protection IP68 or better. Full 4K screens, 144Hz, Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision, THX certification, using JBL speakers, Plantronics Pilot quality mics, and the best hardware/software cameras, including 3D, 4K+, Wide/Ultra wide, at least 10x Optical zoom. Also, add gaming triggers that can be reprogrammed to other functions, bring back FM radios via 3.5 audio plugs! Keep the memory at at least 12/256.

And a $2500 price tag.
