Early pricing information for Intel's upcoming 12th generation Alder Lake desktop processors have leaked via a few European retailers. The leaked pricing seems to be on the higher side, but Intel could be looking to match AMD's Zen 3 offerings. Official pricing can be expected to be lower when these processors are officially announced some time in late October.

WTF intel!?
You should undercut them, not joint them😂
I believe amd start ramping price to control intel so they can give some fight by cut the price when this chip coming to market.

They can sell desktop gen11 at low price compare to mobile part because it's build on old14++++++nm. When it's come to 10nm Intel need to sell at high price to maintain their high profit margin.

If the 12900K can beat the 5900X in single and multi-threaded, people will pay $600 for that. If it beats the 5950X too, why not $700?

Ryzen 5000 series prices are going below MSRP now, so it won't be so inflated for long, until the 3D V-Cache versions come out. Best case scenario, AMD can sandwich Alder Lake with cheaper Ryzen 5000 and faster Ryzen 5000 XT/3D.
