The forthcoming Apple iPhone 13 may be costlier than expected thanks to price hikes being implemented by semiconductor manufacturer TSMC. While there was speculation that the iPhone 13 could be priced from US$799 for the base model, this now seems unlikely as higher price tags might be needed to cover rising chip costs.

The old price tag was far more than cost of materials. Higher price mean Apple want more or at least maintain the already huge profit. The R&D cost per unit of Ape products should be lower compare to other brands consider how big of their economic if scale.

Like the profits on iPhones and co aren't already high enough lol.. Maybe a correction in Apples greedy approach is required.
Unfortunately,as long as people are paying this amount, nothing will change.

To be followed immediately by the iphoney 14 then in the weeks after the 14 crapple will be releasing the iphoney 15. They hope to have the iphoney 20 out by January 2022 for all you sheep oiut there!
