Rumor claims Apple will bring Face ID to its MacBooks and iMacs

The face recognition technology that has been introduced with the iPhone X in 2017 is reportedly making its way to the Mac. In the long term, Apple plans to transition all of its products from Touch ID to Face ID.

Now if they could only move into the 21st Century and introduce touch screens on their notebooks and iMacs,, you know, like every other manufacturer of laptops in the world does already.

Have you ever been in an Apple store and watched users trying to interact with touch screen because this is normal to them and look confused when it does not work? It's hilarious, Apple employees get to see this all the time.

Now M1 is here and you can run iOS apps natively you would think they would add touch. Apple is a company with two modes, either it's cutting edge and no one does it earlier or better than them, or its denied as being an issue or important until it's beyond a joke and finally they change.

What good does Face ID do when the government won't let people out without masks?

Windows Hello is there for years but since I buy only gaming laptops, not a single one had it. It's failure from both Microsoft to mandate the requirements in $3000 gaming laptops and their partners to think gamers don't need Hello but thin & light consumers do.
