ZenBook 13 in review: Is it better to go with Ryzen or with Intel Core? There are good arguments for both.

The new ZenBook 13 is finally available in an AMD Ryzen configuration. We have now completed the review of the Intel version and are able to draw a comparative conclusion. While AMD pulls ahead in terms of pure CPU power, the Intel ZenBook still has a few aces up its sleeve.

Also, if it does half the work for basically the same amount of load run time how is that more efficient?

"Efficiency" is related to PERFORMANCE PER WATT, while the watt usage is just called "power draw". No way the intel cpu is more "efficient" here :)

We would enjoy waiting for months than getting throttled again with latest and greatest Intel offer every single time.

Was this review first submitted to intel before publishing?
Whether it's raw power or efficiency intel has fallen behind ever since Renoir. And that hasn't changed. Don't try to sugarcoat things for intel.
Reviews like these are the reason why intel isn't even trying to actually innovate in anything other than marketing...

Do you understand what "jump the gun" means? I didn't comment as an AMD fan, I commented to expose lies. The review shows the Intel chip with slightly better video and web browsing run time, and 1/3 worse load run time with half of the load performance. About 2.5x worse performance per watt at load. How is that a reason to buy it for "better energy efficiency due to lower performance"?

BTW, I already have a nice 12-core desktop and 8-core laptop which I bought two months ago (which arrived in 2 days)... battery lasts 14 hours under light use and no intention to upgrade any time soon.
