I have dell 3501 11th Gen worst laptop I have owned I would not recommend it to my worst enemy for some reason it come with windows 10 smode to get out of that is easy but then some setting in windows 10 are missing and I have not found away to get them Back might have to wipe SSD which it didn't come with and do fresh install this was my first ever brand new laptop I have ever bought should have stuck with HP Pavilion and buying second hand
