Samsung has started distributing One UI 3.1 to the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. The Android 11-based update introduces several features to the mid-range tablet, including Samsung DeX.

I saw in some page that the update for S5e is scheduled for June/July.. something like that! But for sure you're getting it! Don't worry!
