Xiaomi is set to launch the Redmi K40 series next month, with the Redmi Note 10 lineup expected to follow shortly. It appears, however, that the company could sell the two lineups without chargers by default, just like it did with the flagship Mi 11 that launched weeks ago.

This practice is simple outrageous. All it does is increase corporate profits, this has nothing to do with the environment. Smartphone manufacturers could make positive impact by reducing planned obsolescence and supporting their devices properly for years - but that is something they won't ever do, as it will obviously cut their profits.
