Shortly after the CES, a Lenovo manager has shared a few interesting informations in an interview. Especially interesting: In the future, Lenovo ThinkPad laptops will be equipped with better webcams.

Finally laptop manufacturers realized that it's time to step up the webcam game, I'm sure COVID-19 and working remotely had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with it. Hopefully Lenovo considers moving to 1080p for all their models and this year.

1080p is good but I have had plenty of Full HD 1080p webcam laptops as well and "better" is very subjective here as the image was extremely grainy, full of noise, unusable in low light - a total joke. They should put cameras which are smartphone class or the kind of 13 MP cameras present in specialized video calling devices like Facebook Portal or Amazon Echo Show 10.

Weird. Very. It's not the issue of the price but of the quality of the screen. Why are people paying for essentially a resistive touchscreen quality surface(even worse on a large area because it's even harder to completely flatten) with a compromised keyboard solution asking for more money?
