The MediaTek Dimensity 1200 and Dimensity 1100 are MediaTek's newest 6nm, 5G-ready chipsets featuring Cortex-A78 cores

MediaTek has launched two new Dimensity-branded chipsets, the Dimensity 1200 and Dimensity 1100. The former is MediaTek's latest ARM Cortex-A78-powered flagship offering which performs on par with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, while the latter is a slightly more scaled-down version. The MediaTek Dimensity 1200 is expected to debut alongside a Realme smartphone soon.

And it has hardware AV1 decoding unlike all of Qualcomm's 2021 chips.  Really glad there is some real competition heating up with android socs.
