Info regarding the official Navi 21 presentation tomorrow has been leaked and things are not looking good for the RTX 3080 GPUs from Nvidia. Sources close to RedGamingTech claim that the RTX 6800 XT cards will show better raster performance in significantly more 1440p and 4K titles. Once again, the ray tracing performance of the AMD cards is said to lag behind, still, at least it is on par with the RTX 2080 Ti in this regard. We could expect something similar to DLSS by early 2021.

It is still amd, have you ever tried to deal with their driver issues? That alone makes it not worth the risk of using. I'll stick with Nvidia for video cards.

Never had any driver issues with my AMD graphics cards, so I'm not sure what these people are doing with their systems.

One thing is for sure though, AMD will be beating both Intel and Nvidia within the next 3 years and there's nothing nvidia can do about it.

Great that AMD looks like they are giving Nvidia competition. I stopped buying AMD cards about 10 years ago as the drivers were terrible and they were slow to release updates but my mind could be changed if the driver situation has improved.

I am pretty turned off by Nvidia at the moment due to the terrible launch of the RTX 3000 cards and it basically being a paper launch for 99% of us.

LOL

I've always bought Nvidia cards, perhaps the next upgrade will be an AMD one. I just buy whatever I need and can afford, I'm not partisan to any brand.

AMD cards reportedly have inferior drivers, but that was probably back in the day during the ATI era.
