Credible leaks unveil complete specs for NVIDIA's upcoming GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Ampere graphics card. The cut-down GA104 part is set to deliver performance comparable to the GeForce RTX 2080 at a far lower price point, making premium ray-traced experiences viable at 1080p.

That's an interesting figure for the power consumption... If it provides comparable performance to the 2080, then that's only a 20% decrease in power - and that's from a new architecture *and* a die shrink.

It doesn't bode particularly well for the mobile chips.

NVidia has 3 cards to replace with the 3060 series: the RTX2060, the GTX1660TI and the GTX1660 (don't look at the Super, they will come later after about a year).

My best guess is that the RTX3060TI will have the same price of the RTX2060 at launch (349$) and the RTX3060 the same price of the GTX1660TI at launch (279$).

RTX 3060 will be based on the full GA106 CPU). Then, a cut-down GA106 card (RTX 3050) will come at about $200.
