The first details about the next Dell XPS 13 have leaked, but you may struggle to tell the device apart from the XPS 13 9300. Spotted in an Intel Tiger Lake promo video, the next XPS 13 will retain the design of Dell's current ultrabook while dialing up CPU and GPU performance.

Intel has a major announcement on Wednesday that is expected to be the announcement of the Tiger Lake processers.

Maybe Intel just took an XPS from this year and add fake specs to make their promo, and there's so leaks about the next XPS at all

That's all very nice, but either it has an AMD Ryzen inside or it's already no where near the best you could get.

Is someone forgetting the 9343 and 9350 XPS 13's? Both were released in 2015 marked as XPS 13 2015 early and late. I'd put money on them releasing the 9310 with tiger lake this year maybe around October.

I'd also expect given the current climate and the threat of Ryzen that Intel will have pushed manufacturers to lower the price or at the very least have a price freeze compared to ice lake.

Annoying if you just dropped a considerable amount on a 9300 earlier this year only for there to be a considerably faster CPU+GPU combo to come out less than 12 months later. The integrated GPU is really what's revolutionary about tiger lake rather than just making it an evolutionary upgrade.

If the Lenovo Carbon X1 Nano comes out in October, I very much doubt Dell will wait until January to launch the XPS 13.
