Global stable MIUI 12 update arrives for the Redmi Note 9

i still don't get why Redmi note 9 got miui 12 before Redmi note 8.

Redmi note 7 got miui 12 before Redmi note 8. so they should have gotten miui 12 in order of release.

it should be 7, 8 then 9. damn it.
