I have 11.0.9.0 PCXEUXM installed on redmi note 8T since last month. The think that I don't understand is that my daughter's phone that is the same Redmi note 8T gets 11.0.7.0. This article may be a little outdated, but neither of the two newer roms are Android 10 based.
