Olympus has officially confirmed it has signed an agreement to relinquish the imaging division of its company. This means that cameras such as those of the OM-D series will no longer be available under their original maker's name. However, there are plans for a new, separate entity that will make and sell their successors.

Wow...interesting development. I thought Olympus(digital imaging) was doing fine.
