Official global EMUI 10.1 update schedule released: 17 phones to get the update but no luck for the Mate 10 Pro, P20 Pro, and Y9 series

Huawei has now sent out an official document detailing which of its phones will receive the latest version of its skin, EMUI 10.1, globally. The list is rather scanty, though, and owners of the Mate 10 Pro, P20 Pro, and Y9 series are unlikely to take too kindly to it.

The P20 Pro will receive EMUI 10, but not EMUI 10.1.

Is it likely this is set in stone and P20 Pro will not get EMUI 10.1?

If it is the case I'll be very disappointed as I haven't found much difference in the general usage in EMUI 10 as opposed to the later iterations of EMUI 9...this is really depressing when you consider the P20 Pro is still a bloody good phone and great little work horse...in need of all the mod cons and bells and whistles that are coming with EMUI 10.1.
Jesus even Apple support older model phone, I remember continually updating my old iPhone 5s and that was old when I got it as a new phone the iPhone 7 was out shortly after I got my iPhone 5s.

With everything us customers has had to endure and overlook and despite all of YouTube and most European countries giving us all the reasons to abandon the brand, this is how Hauwei rewards us loyalist who bought the 1st gen beast of  P20 pro? I think the company can do us better than just dumping the already outdated EMUI 10.0 on us😐
