Dell has been updating some of its country-specific online stores with refreshed Inspiron 15 7000 series laptops. The Dell Inspiron 15 7501 has attractive configuration options that include Intel Comet Lake SoCs and Nvidia GeForce GTX 16-series dGPUs. However, those hoping to find an AMD Ryzen 4000 APU in this particular laptop will be disappointed.

Thank you for have made an article about it!
I've noticed that the 1650 TI version is the only one with thunderbolt and they all have the 8gb ram settled that it's a pity. The 93wh version looks really good. Curious about thermal performace for the i7 version because the 7590 (the former one) was too hot and everyone was choosing the i5 version.

Damn, thanks for clarifying Michael. I almost pulled the trigger on one of these. The i7 512GB looked so mighty interesting + I have an eGPU, but in the fine print it says indeed only the 1650 ti seems to have TB3.

Last gen had it for all models but that was without power delivery over thunderbolt. Now the new gen models have PD over the USB-C port, but only one model has thunderbolt, so confusing!

Well, I think the previous version was already with PD; you were able to charge up your device through the thunderbolt 'till 100w. So actually they just decide to take off the thunderbolt if you don't get the 1650TI. Am i right?

Now launched for India, i5 version with 1650ti is available too, also thunderbolt. Though none of the version has the 97wh battery, all models equipped with only 56wh which for me is disappointing. I guess it means Indian versions have the sata drive space available for upgrade, personally don't need it though, would prefer battery instead. Have mailed Dell about it, no response yet but.
