Xperia 1 II: Carrier confirms release date of Sony's much-anticipated flagship

The Sony Xperia 1 II looks to be the perfect flagship for some, but three months after it was announced, it still isn't available for purchase. That's about to change, though, as the phone has now been confirmed to go on sale on May 22 in Sony's home Japan.
