Huawei patents a new possible MatePad with an interesting rear panel

Huawei may have filed a new patent for a tablet that is now on the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO) database. Given its form-factor, it may be easy to assume that it is the upcoming T8 model rumored to launch soon. However, this new design and the budget slate as leaked thus far show slightly confusing variation.

Looks like a sequel to the Mediapad m6 turbo edition ; cect-shop dot com/en/mediapad-m6-turbo-edition.html

I'd love to see one with an AMOLED screen but sadly Huawei makes only LCD tablets so far.
