Photos of a Xiaomi Comet engineering prototype smartphone have been shared online, and it bears a distinct resemblance to the design of the Black Shark 3 gaming phone. Apparently, the Xiaomi Comet sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC and is IP68 certified, which is surprising considering the OEM's fondness for IP53-level protection.

This very clearly isn't meant to look like the black shark 3. It's clearly just supposed to be a rugged phone. Why else would they give it those rubber corners and IP rating along with those specs.
