A Crytek developer by name Ali Sahli in an interview to a Persian gaming site opined that developing for the PlayStation 5 is easier than the Xbox Series X. He also said that the Xbox's higher TFLOP advantage is only applicable in ideal conditions and that the PS5 can better sustain peak performance.

Punk developers are not worth the spit that comes out their mouths.

So, a third-party title will be handcuffed to an inferior console (EXPECTED) because that developer(s) is too lazy to code for both devices (basically, just copy and paste) and the PS5 is much easier to code to compared to XSX but Crytek has been coding games to Windows and its protocols for decades, which the XSX utilizes, but now, it's a challenge? And the PS5 uses a CUSTOM OS but it is much easier to code to?

BS!

Sounds like deliberate/PAID-OFF sabotage to me!

It looks like sony is using the same tricks that intel uses. How can ps5 which runs at extremely high clocks(boost) which is way of efficiency curve. They are telling that series x can't mentain it base clocks as it doesn't have any boost. Total bulsh*t, didn't expect that from crytek

All this means is, Microsoft better take its exclusive games this generation, great graphical triple-A games that bring powerful enhancements that shows the true power of the XSX that you won't get from the PS5, a hell of a lot more serious because obviously, the third-party developers are in the pockets of Sony.

Yeah, I think games will make or break this gen more than the hardware. To the average customer, the gaming experience is what ultimately matters. While Xbox does look tempting on paper, the PS5 may not be too far behind in reality.
