Ice Lake may well still be finding its way into laptops, but more examples of the Tiger Lake architecture are appearing online. One such benchmark listing has a 10 nm Tiger Lake chip challenging the GPU performance of the Ryzen 7 4800U, one of AMD's premier Renoir APUs.

Several articles repeated  rumors about lpddr5 support for Tiger Lake a few months back.  Has there been any confirmation by Intel?

A

As people thought, Tigerlake is gonna be behind Ryzen for this generation. AMD still has the 4900U as well.

@JayN - Does it matter? DDR5 isn't gonna be out till at least end of the year to maybe early next year. So early laptops will be DDR4. Not to mention intel processors benefit less from faster ram.
