In this review, we compare the Garmin fēnix 6 with the Polar Vantage V. Both models can convince in our review but then show surprisingly large differences in their orientation and should tend to make slightly different target groups happy.

Interesting, I didn't realize a model as high up in the lineup as fenix 6 still doesn't support maps...

Well, there is only one variant, the basic version, which does not include maps. All other variants do.

The main issue with polar is the lack of ant+, that alone is no no for me and many others.

Vantage V - it's level Garmin Foreruner 645, not Fenix.

Vantage V:
-no ant+
-no hrm in pool from belt
-no NFC pay
-no Apps
-no custom field

Thank you very much for your article.
I have bought the polar v and was very apset with it:
1. Far from being accurate (in swimming)
2. Very bad as a smart watch
3. Straps bed quality I had to replace

The Garmin are far better in all parameters.
1. It never miss pool or lap
2. Perfect as a smart watch
3. From great materials

Any way, keep doing sports
