In addition to the long-awaited dual-barreled tanks that have been added to the Russian tech tree (namely the IS-2-II, IS-3-II, and the ST-II), World of Tanks 1.7.1 also comes with the Demount Kit feature that allows players to send complex equipment to the depot without spending gold. However, this kit can only be gained from Reward for Merit drops.

I've been doing this for a while now. Regarding the topic... what do you think - are the new Russian heavies OP or not? ;)

I quit last November after 9 years with this game. Spent thousands of dollars and basically had experienced everything the game had to offer. The game reached its peak a few years ago and now what remains is a long drawn out decline. If WG doesn't change its direction with the game, I don't see myself coming back any time soon.

This time the tanks seem to be pretty well balanced though. I don't see any big problems with the stats. But I really don't think the Russian tech tree needs any more tanks.

I completely agree with you. I did not put that much cash into the game, but invested a lot of time in the beta period and its first few post-release years. Now I only get back for some events - I usually avoid events as well - and when they release new updates for a day or two... ;)
