Very good article about the discussion between thermals and the specs.
Nowadays, more and more PC manufacturers recognize "the better thermal design, the better performance". One of the best design of the notebooks is the IdeaPad S540 (13"), also named Lenovo Xiaoxin Pro13 in the China.
The highlight of this notebook is the i7-10710u with 35W of PL1, which is even high than the configurable TDP-up (25W) given by the Intel. And it can keep 35W TDP even in 20 times of CineBench loop. (Sorry for the missing of results picture due to "No links allowed in the message for users with low post count!")
I am looking forward to see the review of IdeaPad S540 (13") from NotebookCheck and I think it will be a very suitable proof that the U-series CPU with brilliant thermal could be comparative to H-Series CPU.
