iOS 13.1.3 update damaging some iPhone 11 handsets

I am facing problem after updating 11.1.3 ios since i have iphone 7 and i am in Nepal.
After updating ios,,my apple id is working for all other purpose but i couldnot connect appstore cause of this i am unable to update and install apps.
