I see with great sadness, the article writer does not learn from his mistakes, nor from the advice of the readers I personally have recently make, but also in the past.

STOP the use of this past decade's Chartcross GPS test application. Sean Barbeau's modern GPSTest application, can even help the beginner to directly recognize (by the flags) the types of all satellite systems but also the bands of frequencies from our device that can or not to recognizes.
